Back to the kitchen. For your information, i am back in Frankfurt, Germany. Wanna give myself a break uploading the pictures of my adventure in South America. So, here are several pictures of my creations. I am currently eating fine, in term of volume and nutrition. Have to feed my stomach well since i had not treated it well four months more or less exploring South America since mid of December, 2010 until early of April, 2011.
Today's Lunch - Chicken Curry Rice + Salad
Chicken Curry - Potato, carrot, tomato, chicken and Matsaman curry paste.
Salad : Danish cream cheese, lettuce and tomato.
Today's Breakfast - Broccoli with Grüne Soße (green sauce), egg, German sausage, Danish cream cheese, bread + Belmont Coffee with milk.
As a Chinese saying goes that 'Resolution shall be planned in the Spring'.
Likewise, we should start the day with a good meal every morning.
Seriously, breakfast is very important.
Should enjoy it like a King.
Not the quantity but the quality.
Milk, coffee, bread and egg.
Fiber, protein, etc.
Get essential nutrients that your body needs injected.
Then only productive energy can be produced.
Properly carry out all task on our daily basis.
And never put it off to Tomorrow.
Today's Lunch - Rice Cooker's Braised Chicken Rice : Rice, mushroom, carrot, potato, chicken (breast), tomato, topped with one raw egg.
Yummy but failed! Why? Because too much water added. The rice is soggy. It's now become Rice Cooker's Braised Chicken Soggy Rice. :(
電飯煲滷雞飯 - 米, 香菇, 番茄, 紅蘿蔔, 馬鈴薯, 雞胸肉, 生雞蛋.
Today's Breakfast - Toast (wheat bread) with Frankfurter sausages, cheese, Danish cream cheese, tomato and hot chocolate.
