FuFu Kitchen 2011 - Part One

FuFu Kitchen 2011 之家庭煮富

Back to the kitchen. For your information, i am back in Frankfurt, Germany. Wanna give myself a break uploading the pictures of my adventure in South America. So, here are several pictures of my creations. I am currently eating fine, in term of volume and nutrition. Have to feed my stomach well since i had not treated it well four months more or less exploring South America since mid of December, 2010 until early of April, 2011.


Today's Lunch - Chicken Curry Rice + Salad

Chicken Curry - Potato, carrot, tomato, chicken and Matsaman curry paste.
Salad : Danish cream cheese, lettuce and tomato.

重入廚房再展廚藝
享受碊板嘟嘟之聲
卟嚕卟嚕水燒好了
菜油慢慢煎香蒜蔥
加上雞肉後吱吱聲
把咖喱漿慢慢攪拌
馬鈴薯紅蘿蔔番茄
統統加上一蓋合起
細火再煮半個小時
咖喱香芬漂進鼻裏
昔日味道今津有味

Today's Breakfast - Broccoli with Grüne Soße (green sauce), egg, German sausage, Danish cream cheese, bread + Belmont Coffee with milk.

As a Chinese saying goes that 'Resolution shall be planned in the Spring'.
Likewise, we should start the day with a good meal every morning.
Seriously, breakfast is very important.
Should enjoy it like a King.
Not the quantity but the quality.
Milk, coffee, bread and egg.
Fiber, protein, etc.
Get essential nutrients that your body needs injected.
Then only productive energy can be produced.
Properly carry out all task on our daily basis.
And never put it off to Tomorrow.

一年之計在於春
一日之餐在於晨
早餐真的很重要
該像皇帝般的吃
非重量而是質量
牛奶咖啡麵包蛋
纖維質蛋白質等
吸收需要的營養
才能提煉好精力
把今日事給辦好
不給明日造負擔

Today's Lunch - Rice Cooker's Braised Chicken Rice : Rice, mushroom, carrot, potato, chicken (breast), tomato, topped with one raw egg.

Yummy but failed! Why? Because too much water added. The rice is soggy. It's now become Rice Cooker's Braised Chicken Soggy Rice. :(

電飯煲滷雞飯 - 米, 香菇, 番茄, 紅蘿蔔, 馬鈴薯, 雞胸肉, 生雞蛋.

嘗試煮飯煲滷雞飯
味道很好也很好吃
但就是水放太多了
米飯都濕濕粘粘的
失敗作品都要拍拍
賣相還可以騙騙人

其實失敗不會難吃
還有一番獨特風味
有些人失敗了就怕
甚至沒勇氣去面對
逃避不如認識失敗
清楚了解這些錯誤

這堂廚藝我領悟了
與其自責又不高興
何不把失敗當朋友
那又多了一位知音
提醒別犯同樣的錯
當然也要記得改善

The braised rice cooker rice really does look wholesome and yummy. Don't worry about the rice being soggy; just put less water the next time, bro! :)

你煮的东西很fusion,是不是看当地有什么材料,就地取材?

看你现在的照片,黑黑结实精瘦很多,要多吃一点,太瘦不好看啊!:)

做鸡饭,最好先把米用油和蒜蓉炒香,然后才加水煮。

下次用電飯煲煮東西前
先把材料炒一炒
等到米飯熟了才把那些菜放進飯煲裡面一起悶
這樣失敗率會少很多
食物風味仍不減

Rice Cooker's Braised Chicken Rice seem nice to eat. Ahaha like what you said the picture still can cheat people. Sometimes hope can cook at home but stay at Singapore rent a room normally owner are not allow cooking. Haiz "."
