Today's Lunch - Broccoli Stir-fried with carrot and chicken (FuFu Favourite).
Tips : Dont make the mistake of discarding the broccoli stalk. Even the thickest stalk can be used and is quite delicious. Simply peel the outside skin from the stalk and cut it into slices. Stir-fry with carrot and chicken. It is crispy, sweet, source of vitamin A and high in vitamin C. Keep in mind that FuFu ♥ broccoli.
Today's Breakfast - Frankfurter sausages, tomato, fried egg, grilled Zucchini topped with Danish Cream, served with breads and hot chocolate.

Today's Breakfast - Bread with butter and Danish Cream Cheese, banana and hot coffee with milk.
It's been a while since i have banana in the morning.
And my previous breakfasts were all too luxurious.
Want to have something simple today.
A plain and light breakfast.
Bread with butter and Danish Cream Cheese.
Also my must-have hot coffee and banana.
This is still a nutritious if not especially luxurious, meal.
Butter and banana supply joules of energy.
Luxurious can be simple and light too.
